This is a follow-up to my previous review. I received a call back this morning from the receptionist, Tennesse. She was very kind and patient. She explained that the dentist had a personal emergency yesterday, which is why the office was closed in the afternoon. I really appreciated her calm and thoughtful explanation. In situations like this, I believe it would be helpful to have call forwarding in place, so other patients don’t experience the same frustration I did.

Alternatively, even if the doctor is unable to see patients, it would be good to have staff available to answer phone calls. I'm updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Although I asked several questions rather insistently, Tennesse remained professional and friendly the entire time. I feel both sorry and grateful to her. The appointment rescheduling also went smoothly. =) ---------- Previous review: I’ve been trying to reach the office all afternoon with no success today.

I left voicemails and text messages but received no response. I finally managed to make an appointment through the link that was automatically sent, but I need to change the date—and again, no one is answering or calling back. I understand things can get busy, but better communication would really help. ---------

Came in with my 2 boys and must say I had a great experience! He saw some cavities and instead of scheduling us to come back he took care of them immediately!! Was super patient and king 10 out 10

I love the Hope Dental office, doctors De.Lim and Dr. Nam do an excellent treatment, they explain everything very well and you understand it perfectly, in addition the girls in front receive you very well excellent And they speak Spanish!!

Amazing customer service! Loved the doctors, receptionist and DA!! Everything was amazing, they are very caring and professional. Also very clean. Would definitely be coming back
