As a part of the larger HopeHealth network, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), it is committed to providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay. The Lake City location has been serving the community since 2013 and expanded its facilities in August 2022 to include a larger medical suite and a dedicated dental suite, enhancing its capacity to meet patient needs. Key services include primary medical care for all ages, with a focus on routine annual checkups, minor illness treatment (e.g., cold and flu), health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, Hep C, HIV), and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
