I have had terrible teeth my whole life. My last orthodontist really messed my mouth up and didn't really fix it. So I've been living for 20 years with hideous teeth and literally would never smile in pictures. This wasn't a happy part of my life. I have made a turn and started taking care of myself.

The staff at Hopewell Dental were always the kindest and really caring dentists that put my needs to the front and actually fixed my mouth. For the first time in years I smiled in a picture and started to cry because of the amazing work I had done here. This may sound like a bit much but it is true and I will always be going to Hopewell Dental after my experience here.

I have never been so displeased with how front desk staff have treated their patients. Doreen has been rude any time she has called with a billing discrepancy due to an insurance error as if the discrepancy was a fault of mine. Then when I called and told her I wanted to cancel my upcoming appointment (after paying out of pocket for an error that was not mine) to find a new dentist she gave me a very rude, "Okay, no problem, bye. " and hung up the phone.

No question as to why - just hung up the phone. I have always had a lovely experience with the hygienists and dentists at this location, but the front desk is what sets the tone for the whole office environment and Doreen is why I decided to get my dental care elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about the care Iv received here. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly cared for.

As someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to dr visits, It was extremely comforting that this staff took the time to explain every step of my treatment in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. 10/10 experience
