Hands down have never had such a great experience like this ever. . I am the first to admit that I am scared of the dentist the way some are scared of clowns, mouse or to fly but from the minute I walked in the felt a sense of calm although my anxiety was through the roof and I was in tears from the front desk check in, to the manager who was hands on helping her team, to finance assistant to, my wonderful wonderful hygienist and dr thank you for your time and patience for caring and just for being amazing with me for your hard work I tha k you.

I actually think I found my forever dental home and family i appreciate you times a million.

As a person who is freakishly obsessive about their teeth, going for a cleaning can bring a strange medley of feelings spanning from glee for cleanliness and crippling anxiety about what sort of treasures may be found under my gums. Dawn and Jaime at the front desk were so very sweet, Janette assuaged all pre-appointment anxieties, and then Tracy came in with the most delightful attitude. Tracy did the greatest job on my chicklets that has ever been done, and I am so grateful for the care and time that she took, making sure all the nooks and crannies were sparkling.

I am only allotted as many as 5 stars for rating, but in my heart of hearts, this place gets 1,000.

I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. I had a very bad experience. I initially went to get a gap between my top two front teeth bonded but that never happened. Instead they took X-rays and found I needed a crown so I agreed to have that done.

It took 5 appointments for the final crown to be completed. I had a temporary put in during an office visit in October 2024, went back to have the permanent one in in November but it didn’t fit so I had to have another temporary one put in, went back 2 weeks later and the permanent wasn’t in - no phone call, (although I got several reminder messages telling me that payment is expected at the time of service) they blamed it on the company that makes the crowns being short staffed. This happened three more times. I drive 45 minutes to get there.

Each visit I asked about what to do with the gap and each time they said they would be right back to discuss options but no one ever came back. I’m not only frustrated that my concern was never addressed but it was really unprofessional that they didn’t tell me my crown couldn’t be completed four consecutive visits. As I said before I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have Medicare.
