I'm honestly afraid of going to the dentist, it's been a problem as long as I can remember, so I hadn't been to the dentist for almost 5 years. My experience this morning was WONDERFUL! I've been trying different offices to find somewhere I was comfortable and as much anxiety as I have had the past few days thinking about my appointment, everyone at this office made me feel so at ease. For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to my return visits instead of dreading them. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, Dr. Horvath is awesome.

The two hygienists I spoke with were wonderful as well. The one that cleaned my teeth this morning, Erica, was so understanding when I explained why I was nervous. It was the most relaxing and most comfortable cleaning I have ever had and she kept checking in with me through out to make sure I was okay. I honestly can't say enough about how great they are!

Dr Horvath and her team are awesome! I could not ask for a kinder, more patient dentist. They go the extra mile to make a nervous person feel comfortable, take breaks if you need it, give time for the anesthetic to set in, and they let me have my own suction so I can get dental work done with comfort. Their hygienists are great too, would definitely recommend!

Dr. Horvath and her staff were very friendly every time I went in, until I missed an appointment, which was rescheduled several times. In all fairness, the rescheduling was due to there requirements during COVID, but the moment I missed the appointment, I received a bill for non-cancellation. I called to explain that I got sidetracked because of an unexpected call from the school about by child possibly being exposed and having to pick her up.

I explained all this, and they finally waived the fee, but not in a pleasant way. They said that they would reschedule me, but never did. That was a year and 5 months ago. The reason why they had to reschedule me several times was because I answered (honestly) “Yes“ to the question, “Have you left the state in the last such amount of time?” I was never reimbursed for my loss of income, but they couldn’t see fit to be compassionate towards their patients who were also suffering through that hard time.

Their kindness was only skin deep, and they didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they were not planning on rescheduling me. Very unprofessional behavior.

I TRULY TRUST and recommend Dr. Horavath!!! I’ve been in pain for over a year because a TN dentist put on a crown, that I was still hurting from for 10+ months! You honestly don’t know how “good you’ve got it, until you loose it.

” That couldn’t be more true in my case and I now have a reason to come back home, in addition to seeing my family! Yes, I will drive 6+1/2hours to see Dr. Horavath!!! 💯
