Took my daughter yesterday to get her teeth cleaned. She was very scared. I’ve taken her to the dentist elsewhere before and she would never let them in her mouth. Chelsea was so sweet and patient with her. She made sure to explain what she was doing before hand and let her touch the tools before she put them in her mouth. Super impressed by her. Thank you

We've been patients of Dr. Hotts for several years now. Unfortunately, we have to leave because of the CONSTANT rescheduling of our appointments and or changing of office hours without notice (which causes appts. to be rescheduled or canceled outright). We live quite a ways away, so when we schedule, we try to schedule the entire family at the same time. Throughout the years they have canceled and mismanaged our families appointments so much that we cannot even get two cleanings in at one time, even though we schedule our appointments 6 months in advance.

Our appointments have rarely every occurred on those scheduled dates and they always site "changing office hours" or "lack of hygienists". The dentistry is fine as far as cleanings, but their office organization and leadership of the office is severely lacking. After discussing the situation with the dentist office (Robin) and alerting them of the way we've felt treated (albeit our tone was frustrated. . . but would think that would be understandable), they simply said they cannot accommodate us and hung up on us.

We could not understand why we were hung up on and immediately called back to ask, to which the office didn't answer. Completely unreal experience and we're searching for another dentist. We will not be using Hott Family Dentistry any longer.

Don't, just don't. I've been a customer for years but no more. As many others have said, they cancel and delay your appointments. They don't seem to care about customer service. My cavity filling, that they put in, fell out 6 years later. They charged me $400 to put it back. Ok, fine. But after 2 weeks, I went back to have it adjusted because it kept filling up with food between my teeth.

3 attempts of re-filling my filling later & 2 techs later, it still fills up with compacted food when eating. I then get the statement. Not an itemized bill but a statement. They charged me about $30 more than the usual and customary my insurance company allows. My insurance doesn't have "in network" but allows me to choose whoever. So I don't have a contract with them. So, apparently, I have to pay whatever is charged as I was schooled, humiliated and condensended to by the billing department in this practice. All I asked is that they reduce their $400 bill by $25 to the usual amount and customary amount allowed by my insurance company.

They declined. I declined to continue to be their customer if they thought they could charge me whatever they want. What's next, they'll charge me $2000 for a $100 procedure and stick it to me? I'll find a better place to do business with and so should you. They don't give a crap about you, your loyalty or your allegiance, just your money. This attitude coupled with the cattle barn treatment once you get in and the adjustments of appointments makes for a toxic experience. Don't walk elsewhere, Run!
