The hygienist does an amazing job cleaning teeth, however, I have literally never had any issues with my teeth until I started using this office. They are always wanting to do crowns and root canals, and not just for me, there’s other people I know who have said the same. I had a filling done, and they didn’t even let my mouth get numb before they started drilling. Front office staff is rude, and she seems to be a little dumb.

(That’s me being nice about it) Pricing is ridiculous. You will pay full price before they even attempt to send a claim to your insurance. I will never use this office again.

We have used this dentist for years and had always been happy with them until last April my husband went in to have something done to his dentures. It was decided that his dentures need to be realigned. When he went to check out he was told that they had checked with our insurance and that after the insurance paid we would owe 250. 00 which he paid that day. Several months later we received a bill for another 250. 00. When I called to find out why we were receiving a bill I was told that his dentures were not covered under our insurance. Now if they had checked our insurance you would think they would have known that.

If we had know that the insurance would not cover any of it we would have never had anything done to his dentures. And on top of costing us 500. 00 his dentures were not fixed. He still can not wear them to this day. If feel like we were deceived when we were told all we would owe was the 250. 00 and then we get a bill. This is not right. Why bother to even check with the insurance if you are going to have to pay it all anyway.

I will never ever use this dentist again. When we first started going to this dentist it wasn’t like that. If they told you what you would have to pay then that’s all you paid. Over the last several years they have got new employees and now the insurance doesn’t cover it. So when you go to this dentist it would be in your best interest to check with your insurance yourself to make sure any procedures will be covered or you may end up paying for all of it.

I have come here with both of my kids (3&4) and have always been happy with their cleanings. I came here today for the first time for myself. I am thrilled I found a great hygienist in Leslie, and also I have confidence in the doctors as well. We will definitely continue using house mountain dentistry.
