I had a great experience at House Mountain Dentistry. Dr. Andrew Osborn and his staff were thorough, informative, and sensitive to my needs as a pregnant patient. Dr. Osborn is gentle, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my concerns. Also the facility is brand new and very clean. I would definitely recommend House Mountain Dentistry and will be returning.

I had my first visit to Dr. Andrew Osborn last week. I visited his Blaine TN office. His office staff were friendly and greeted me warmly. His assistant, Hailey, was friendly, thorough, patient and kind. She told me everything she was doing and ensured that any and every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Osborn was friendly, thorough and gentle. He was very patient answering my questions. I am delighted to find a great dentist and wholeheartedly recommend his practice to everyone.

I showed up 8 minutes early with the requested paperwork. People come in and I start chatting with them, exchanging stories, as they both get called back before me even though I arrived first, I was a little perplexed, but waited patiently. The receptionist keeps calling me to the front because she can't find my insurance policy, even though I had shown her my card (digital as it was on my phone). I give her the 800 number on my card and try to give her other relevant information, after about 40 minutes, she finally finds my insurance (she did not call the 800 number she requested). When I finally get pulled back, I was told I wasn't pulled back earlier because my insurance was sketchy. I have Delta Dental, which I'm pretty sure it's a fairly common Dental insurance and I'm a government worker. I'm not sure how I could have been any less sketchy. I was told I was about to be told I couldn't be seen today, as if I'd arrived late, but as stated earlier, I arrived earlier than requested. The assistant then went on to tell me she was doing a rushed job and wasn't being as thorough as normal even though I'd let her know I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years.

I had a spot on my tooth she said she'd normally try to fix but she didn't have the time. I spent almost 2 hours there. . . I have an appointment for next week, but I'm strongly considering canceling. The dentist seemed like a nice guy. I was ushered out to the front before I knew how many cavities I had and then the cherry on top, a lady cuts in front of me at check out. Update since they replied two years later - After the appointment I did in fact receive a bill for a fluoride treatment. I thought this was odd since I had a memory of calling my mom and asking her if they didn't do fluoride treatments on adults and verified with my mom she remembered the conversation.

So I called them to tell them I didn't receive a fluoride treatment and then lady who answered proceeded to argue with me that I had to have had it cause it was in her notes. I told her I wasn't paying for something I didn't get. Later I received a letter in the mail dismissing me from their practice (if I remember right the bill was $12). I've gone back to avoiding the dentist. People deserve to be treated with compassion when they try to tell you it's been 10 years since they went to the dentist, they're probably scared to be there (as I was), not told how sketchy they are because the front office can't figure out how to pull their dental insurance in when the information was given to them over the phone when they made the appointment. If there was a problem pulling it, there was all the time between that phone call and the appointment to call and get clarity.

Called to ask about Invisalign treatment- DO NOT GO TO FOR INVISALIGN! Just my consult would have been $314 plus the treatment of $2000. This is a rip off. The worst one I’ve ever heard. Smile Doctors in Knoxville offers FREE consults with $1200 treatment cost. This was ridiculous and hilarious to hear.
