Great pediatric dental care! We have been going to Howard & Howard since my daughter was one. As a parent, there's nothing more reassuring than knowing that your child is in good hands, and we certainly found that at Howard & Howard. What stands out about this office is the patience and kindness exhibited towards my daughter by everyone in the office. It is evident that Dr.

J and Dr. Matt genuinely care about the well-being of their young patients. We'll gladly be returning for all of our future dental needs and highly recommend them to any parent in search of a dentist who truly connects with children!

I went to Howard and Howard last February for one implant tooth and nine new crowns. To date, I have still not received my implant tooth. My mother paid approximately $22,000. The cast for the implant was not taken until late August. I was supposed to have an appointment today, but I knew I had to cancel. I called the office five times and never reached the office, only the answering service. Marie called me today to follow up because I sent an email. I was driving from Williamsburg, VA and desired to have the implant done tomorrow.

The office has always been open a half day on Friday. They refused to accommodate me. I would never do this again. It has been 10 months that date. I don’t intend on returning to WV for the holidays or any other reason. Maybe they can ship my tooth or refund the price of the implant.

Jackie was awesome! After having orthodontic work completed, I wanted to complete my smile transformation with a bit of filler and Dr. Jackie helped me do just that! I am so pleased with the fullness yet natural appearance of my lips and will definitely continue to return for touch ups! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
