To start off, this office is located in a great area, it is just down the street from George mason, is near two different grocery stores, and the strip mall has dining, gym services, etc. There is ample parking which makes it super accessible, and it is a pretty spacious office that looks extremely modern. This location Is family owned, and it is refreshing + comfortable to support a business that is proudly owned and ran with the highest of standards. We need more places like these open. My mom used to be a Hygienist before she retired, so if you know how parents with knowledge in certain specialities are, you would understand how I would be hesitant choosing a new dentist office to go to given I am really anxious when it comes to people working on my teeth.

But from the first appointment, I felt comfortable almost immediately. Not only do they have the latest technology, but customer experience is truly like no other. This is my second time coming to Hoyos, the friendly staff have made it an incredibly unique experience. Dr Hoyos provided a weighted blanket the first time I went in for an appointment and took breaks if I needed it, which really make the experience less stressful as I wasn't focused on if I'd be in pain but rather ensuring that I listened to me teeth. They made sure to take their time not only to ensure I was happy with their work, but that they were satisfied with their work as well.

The experience I have every time I come in doesn't compare to any other dentistry I have gone to-- the staff truly care about providing and helping their patients, they are extremely knowledgable and take the time to explain certain treatments so that I had a full understanding before deciding whether or not getting work done was something I felt comfortable doing after gaining an understanding on how the procedure works and how much it would cost. Front desk staff were friendly as always, as well Arlena and Karen provide attentive, professional, and quick customer service. They ensured that everything with my insurance was squared away prior to my arrival, and if anything changed they made sure to communicate those changes. I highly recommend Hoyos and Pinto's services and will be scheduling future services.

I was recommended this Dental practice by a medical professional. The professionalism of the staff and service was top notch. I really like that this facility is state of the art furnished the new equipment. Before cleaning they did 3-D modeling of my teeth.

The Day before inhad visited because of a tooth ache. A high definition scope with color photos was used show me the problem area I definitely will make this place my go to for Dental services. Bonus they Take the Delta plan.

If you’re tired of being overcharged by dentists who seem more focused on their bottom line than your dental health, do yourself a favor and come here! After years of feeling like I was being pushed into unnecessary treatments and overpriced procedures, finding Dr. Hoyos was a breath of fresh air. From my very first visit with her at another local practice, i I could tell she truly cares about her patients—not just their teeth, but their overall experience. She taught me how to floss and it made sense and prevented a lot of extra costs later.

She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushed me into a decision, and most importantly, her pricing was fair and transparent. I was so relieved to finally find a dentist who prioritizes patient care over profit. I’ve encouraged her to charge more. Now, I gladly travel from Ballston, where I could walk to dozens of dentists just to see her because I know I’m getting the best care without being taken advantage of.

Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she (and her husband today) ensure sure every procedure is done with precision and comfort. The entire experience—from the warm welcome at the front desk(she’s a doll too) to the small but thoughtful touches like a weighted blanket and thought provoking global landscapes that envoke the need to travel more abroad—team Hoyos-Pinto make going to the dentist something I actually look forward to. If you want a dentist who is ethical, professional, and truly skilled at what she does, Dr. Hoyos is THE ONLYYYY one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐
