My worst experience with a dentist! I originally went in because I had some specific concerns about my teeth, and I was also open to getting a cleaning if needed. They ended up doing the cleaning first, but after that, the dentist quickly checked my teeth and just said few things and left without giving me any time to ask questions or even process what he was saying. There was no explanation, no conversation, nothing. I didn’t even get a chance to talk about the concerns that brought me in. I was honestly shocked when they told me the visit was over, I felt rushed, dismissed, and completely uninformed.

I don’t think it’s right for patients to have to keep chasing answers or requesting services. I was hoping for a professional who would guide me, explain what was going on, and actually listen. The only good part of the whole visit was the lady at the front desk she did listen and gave time. Everything else felt like a waste of time and left me extremely disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! I was pleased that we didn't have to wait long, and both my son and I received excellent care. Gina, the office manager, was so friendly and helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Both of the hygienists were both professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Dr. Geiss was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything and ensure we both had a great experience. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch care!

I had to switch to a different dentist for insurance reasons. . My sister retired from Hudec Dental as an accountant so I was pleasantly surprised to see Hudec Dental in my network. From the initial contact to set up the appointment Gina warmly welcomed me as a new client. My appointment was scheduled for August but there was a cancellation so I got in earlier. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the office.

I was greeted by Abby and Gina. My hygienist Allison was kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Geiss and his assistant Jess helped me to make a treatment plan. I would highly recommend Hudec Dental in Middleburg Heights to all my family and friends!!
