I have dealt with a lot of Dr. s in my profession and I have never been more disrespected than I have at this office. I tried to set aside my feelings and go back but each time it was worse. From rolling eyes when telling them something was not right and feeling as though it was an inconvenience every time I said something didn’t feel right,.

But to pay thousands of dollars to have the Dr. / owner tell me I could remove a crown and have no tooth because “ I know you don’t understand” I went back three times and the crown still is not right it is too big bulky and uncomfortable. The tooth was a premolar that was replaced with a tooth the size of a molar. But instead of fixing the situation I’m told to remove it!!! When I told this same Dr.

prior I had to wait for a root canal because my insurance was used up for the year, I was told to call corporate and tell them as he laughed about it. Reception and assistants were great the Drs could use some lessons. Now I have to find a new dentist to fix all the problems caused by this office, my jaw is clicking, I have a filling that was left sharp, and a bridge that I never should have gotten.

Problem with insurance denial in September, office was supposed to get back to me and schedule follow up in October. In November, they said they were working on it and would get back to me. I have called and called continuously since November, and now end of April they still won’t return phone calls or let me know what’s going on.

So don’t go here expecting a caring functional office staff. Hygienist was awesome though.

Heather is the best hygienist I have ever been too. Dr. Froehlich is the most gentle dentist. They both take the time to listen to their patient's. Highly recommended both 💕.

Greatest experience ever! The absolute best Dentist and best staff. The entire place is also very comfortable, high tech, and clean. I have to add that Deb is by far the best asset this company has.

Her experience is evident in the way she perfects temporary crowns, her advice puts patients first, and her mannerisms are completely professional; I feel most at ease when she is the one who works on me.
