Made a new patient appointment for 2pm. A few days prior, a lady called and asked if she could move the appointment to 1:30pm. I agreed without issue. Upon arrival at 1:10pm two patients with later appointments arrived. One lady had an appointment for 2pm and other for 2:30pm. They were x-rayed as I sat.

When I asked why they were being seen first although my appointment was before theirs, she couldn't explain. Don't waste your time going if you're dark-skinned. I guess dark skin means that you are less important than others. I find that awkwardly strange since everyone including the receptionist is Hispanic or Asian, minorities like myself. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.
