AMAZING! The environment is wonderful for children. Im so glad we found Dr Joh! He takes time to explain things and is thorough. His staff is the same way. I see reviews stating the wait is too long but that is any office and at least here they have a movie theatre, gaming, and other fun things for the children to do while you wait. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic place! I can’t recommend this dentist enough. They are a busy practice so yes you might have to wait 30 minutes before your called back. But they have been nothing but fantastic to my kids. My daughter was terrified of her old Dentist. He was not nice to children. I told Dr. Joh’s office about her experience and they go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. They tell her everything that they are doing so she knows what to expect.

They saved my child’s teeth. Her previous dentist wanted to remove 6-8 teeth at 2 years old. Dr. Joh was able to save them all with caps. No teeth were removed. Amazing what a skilled and caring doctor will do.

Beware, they have a policy only the patient and one parent may join in the back room as treatment is being done. Their policy will allow children under one to go back with the parent and the patient but if you were like me and you don’t have a village to help you with your children and it is you alone and you have a child that is over the age of one.

What are you do, my daughter age 5 was left in the waiting room without me being notified I had my seven-year-old son that went back first for treatment left my daughter with my oldest son, and when they called him back, no one notified me to let me know that he was getting treatment, and that she was out there by herself She could’ve just walked out the door and I could’ve been the last I have ever seen of her if this office is going to uphold this policy, then they need to find better accommodations for parents that don’t have the help the others do because of this they have lost all three of my children as patients I believe a child safety should come before any policy, but not here policy over safety. They should all be ashamed of themselves to feel that their policy is so important to make a parent have to choose.

I have not ever been so disappointed angry or scared because of a policy! So, if you do not have extra help grandparents or a boyfriend or a husband or anybody that can watch your kids while you’re taking care of another kids medical dental needs this is not the place for you their policy is before safety they will leave your child out and alone and look at you like your the one that is in the wrong! I am only one person one mother and can only be in one place at a time! And I do my very best to keep an eye on all of my kids!
