From the very start this practice took such great care in going over everything and allowing us to ask anything. They are all super friendly and very knowledgeable in all things orthodontics. The consultation was extremely thorough and they made us feel right at home. My daughter was so excited and felt very comfortable during the whole process.

Kelsey is my treatment coordinator and has been a dream to work with. She has been so flexible and kind throughout the process of getting in for a consultation despite some scheduling delays on my part. Dr. Twiggs was kind and knowledge. The entire team never made me feel uncomfortable or like I HAD to do anything at all.

In fact, they were up front about what options I had and what expectations I should have without making me feel pressured at all. I’m so impressed. Thank you for all your kindness and flexibility. It was amazing.
