If you are considering going to the Greenville office, please don't! I would of rated nothing but you can't unfortunately. We "were" current patients until our recent emergency crisis with my husband. Which landed him in GR with emergency oral surgery because of severe infection and had to lose a perfectly good tooth because of their neglect while in their care. We even called their emergency number on the weekend, nothing!! Husband showed up at their front door Mon morning first thing for help, he had swelling and severe pain. Office staff Jeannette was extremely rude!! My husband was told, can't get you in, swelling was normal, no stronger antibiotics are necessary. You're fine she tells him!!!! Dentist takes a "quick" look on that Mon. , all normal swelling he says.
Well, he wasn't fine! After showing up there every morning for help, only to be ignored and treated rudely by Jeanette. He finally gets in on a Wednesday because of a cancellation. Hurley drilled a small hole in his tooth (that did absolutely nothing), come back "next" week for Root canal. The very next day after hole was drilled, husband has more swelling up to his eye, in tears with pain. He called Hurley's office, then I did! Said something needs to be done today!! Finally they sent us to GR endodontist the same day, from there we go for emergency oral surgeon. Surgeon told him he was just a few hours of being hospitalized! He ended up losing a perfectly good tooth because of infection, drain tube in his cheek, stronger antibiotics, five days missed from work, the worse experience of his life. Everyone but them apologized until Ron showed up there with a bill from them for a supposed "Root canal therapy".
Luckily the nice office staff manager was there, Ron showed her pictures, told her what happened. She waived what they were trying to collect from us, but they took what was left of his allotted ins money. Of course they weren't "saying" they were in the wrong, but manager did apologize. None of this should of ever happened! We always have been happy with their hygienist and cleanings, but emergency care, forget it! They lost not only our business but 4 other family members. Even though this was a horrific experience, it could of been much worse and almost was if it wasn't for the expertise of staff in GR! They were worth every penny we had to pay out of pocket. Thanks for listening, trying to save anyone else the pain of going thru what we did!

Don’t go here. The doctor can’t effectively communicate with his clients and is just out for every single penny he can get. I went in for a toothache that was keeping me up all night. Doc comes in and says “you’re having trouble eating?” Uhm no, not at all. I’m having nerve pain in a tooth that YOU looked at a month ago and did nothing about. Doesn’t care if you’re in pain, will just tell you to take Tylenol and wait.
The outcome of that visit was that I need root canal and crown and lucky for doc he can do right in the office and make almost $3000 from me. He did offer to numb the infected area to which I agreed to cause I was in so much pain. He numbed it said you should be good for 4 hours, 1 hour later the numbing agent wore off and there I was in severe pain again. I called their office back and I was greeted by the rudest secretary ever. “We don’t even prescribe pain medications here” in a very condescending tone as if I were just out to get the pain medication so I asked if there is anything they recommend that I do to help with the pain like heat or ice. I know those two can have VERY different effects.
She replied with “I don’t know try both and see what works” I hung up and called the other dentists in town, they were super helpful, very nice and even got me set up to have the issue taken care of immediately. If you want a personable experience and your tooth problems to be taken seriously then DO NOT go to dr. Hurley.

80+Year old dentist should retire. I had my doubts strictly based on his age, and they were confirmed by his workmanship. TWICE! 1. SEVERAL FILLINGS NEEDED REDOING 2. A ROOT CANAL FAILED IN LESS THAN A YEAR, WHICH HAS LEAD TO AN INFECTION AND IMMENSE PAIN Hurley couldn't be bothered to rectify it, let alone even apologize for his incompetence.

This is the worst of all I’ve seen in years Dr. Hurley should’ve retired years ago! I have always seen my family and I have always seen him for our dentist work and lately it seems to have gotten worse! Recently he said I needed a root canal on a tooth and a crown! I said ok why well it has an infection! I said oh? I see! So as time went I had it done with the crown and 2 months later it still has the same problem.
Now they claim I need to see a specialist to have a root canal 🤣 wow 2700 later and that’s there answer I said you just done the root canal and this crown and now you can’t even floss it 🤣🤣 what has this place become?.
