Spectrum Dental is the absolute BEST! Dr Mizamito and the entire staff are outstanding! My late son had the most incredible dental work done by Dr. Mizamito that other dentists said wasn't possible. The work done by Dr. Mizamito made the last months of my son's life by improving his ability to eat plus his self esteem was restored. When I needed dental work done there was just one choice for me.

I'm so happy with the crowns and implant denture that was done by Dr Mizamito! My teeth have never looked this natural and amazing! Needless to say both my husband and myself have all dental work including cleanings done at Spectrum. The degree of work is way better than any other dentist I've had in the past. All the staff are so friendly and kind. I feel like we're with friends.

My journey began in South Carolina, where I had braces fitted late in college. Growing up, my parents couldn't afford orthodontic treatment, so I used some of my student loan money to finally get the braces I had always needed. When I told my dentist in South Carolina that I was moving back home to Ohio, he assured me that his friend from their prestigious national dental club, Dr. Hutta, would help me transfer seamlessly. From the moment I walked into Hutta Orthodontic Specialists, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the office exuded a sense of hygiene and care, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was spotless and comfortable, setting the tone for a practice that prioritizes patient safety and comfort. Each examination room was meticulously maintained, reflecting the team's commitment to the highest standard of cleanliness. I had been told by a previous dentist that I would never be able to get braces without removing my wisdom teeth and two more teeth. This daunting prospect had made me hesitant to pursue treatment for years. However, between the team in South Carolina and the experts at Hutta Orthodontic Specialists, they were able to analyze my case and work a miracle. Their combined efforts meant I could proceed with braces without the extensive extractions previously deemed necessary. Dr.

Great experience at Hutta, we always experienced kind and caring staff. Over the duration our son was in braces they were always accommodating with quick adjustments and fixes.

"Dad, I don't think those people at Dr. Hutta's office like you. " "Why do you say that son?" "Because they left my chart open in front of me and I read notes they wrote about you and your personality. " After 8 years as a customer with two children (one completed two sets of braces and another completed his first set) and spending over $13,000 out of pocket that is my lasting impression of this office. It's disappointing as we really enjoyed Dr. Hutta, his partners and his clinical staff for all these years. They have been professional, very accommodating while providing a great orthodontist experience.

But sadly, to have their admin people do this instead of having their office manager call me to address their concerns is very disappointing. I struggled of whether to post this review but I believe all parents should be aware of their practice of "record keeping" on parents is something they should expect. **Edited on June 19, 2024 in response to 'the owner': Thanks for confirming that you are indeed making records on parents conversations that in my case included a critical broad (and insulting) characterization of my personality that quite frankly is absolutely not needed to improve my child's 'orthodontic treatment'. The fact that this information was then left out in the open for my child to read shows a bit of recklessness on your part. Just a little hint, in over 8 years the only issue I ever had with your office was in the last few months with your front desk girl (dark hair and glasses and a bit of an attitude) after I asked her repeatedly to help me find an appmt in the early morning yet she kept offering me afternoon appointments yes I was a bit flustered with her. Never did I think that exchange would cause something so profoundly unprofessional on your part to which you ridiculously attempted to justify for 'efficient treatment of patients'. Btw, its not very hard to line-up my initials with my identity in your office if you truly tried.

But at this point there is nothing left to be said. What a shame the way this has been handled and I will repeat this review does not reflect our personal feelings and experience with Dr. Hutta and his clinical staff as they have been exceptional. I just hope you can get the front of your office in order befitting of their great services. Most importantly, I am glad both of our public comments will serve to warn other parents as to your practices that they should be aware.
