Made an appointment weeks ago for my daughter's kindergarten check-up. I gave them my insurance information, they verified we were in network and since my husband was bringing her, they said all he needed to do was fill out paperwork. I confirmed we wouldn't need insurance info again since my husband won't have it, they said it was completely fine and will put the verification on her chart. Fast forward to her appointment yesterday (the one we have been waiting weeks for) and my husband was there for nearly an hour before they turned him away because 'they didn't have the insurance information'- so you can see why I'm annoyed.

I'm an ICU nurse and was not available to take calls during this time. I was able to figure out what happened about 5 minutes before they closed and called to make a new appointment while I was looking at my schedule- they kept letting it go to voicemail. If you close at 5, you still answer the phone at 4:55 (I wish I could just ignore people right before things closed). I guess we will be going to one of the other 100 dentist offices in Brandenburg.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady when I called originally was super helpful and sweet, too bad the rest of the office isn't. Definitely ridiculous we now have to wait another two months for an appointment due to an office management error.

Only people there that seem happy was the front desk lady. The dental hygienist my daughter had was not friendly, never asked if my daughter was ok. The actual dentist seemed rather rushed and I felt like I had to force her to answer my questions. This was our first and last time coming here

Dr. Hyde was kind and confident when she took care of my filling recently. In response to my nervous anticipation, she expressed “It’s ok to be afraid or apprehensive, but I never want you to feel pain or discomfort”. My experience was painless and took less than 30 minutes in her office. I’m thankful for having this care in our community.
