I don't believe there's a worst company out there! I've been waiting to speak do regional manager Chantel! 2 weeks now still haven't heard from her! I've dealt with ClaudiaI! I've emailed her several times with no response either! Christy was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with! I emailed the owner twice with no response! I tried calling to get ahold of him, and everybody said nobody by that name works for this company! Get when you go online and ask who owns the company, his name comes up! I don't know how this company stays in business? I've seriously considered seeking legal advice because of what they've done to my teeth! Mrs. Dinero was 10 x's worse than Christy if that's possible! I've left message after message from Derek, and he's never gotten back with me! I've spoken to customer service probably 10 times in the past 2 weeks alone. What does it take for this company to take responsibility for what they did? I've given them a one rating, but it really needs to be a -20!!! Yeah I've had all I can take from this company! This is the worst company EVER! I am so tired of your company wasting my time. They lost my dentures 3 times & they were suppose to call me when the 4th 1's came in & they didn't.

I got tired of waiting & called myself. Only to find out they had them for several days. So they set up my appointment to get my teeth pulled so I can get my dentures. After being there over an hour they finally take me back to tell me they are referring me to an oral surgeon.

OH HELL NO! My teeth are in the shape their in cause of this damn co. I've had it. I don't know maybe this time I seek legal advice. I mean since this CO has been screwing me over for almost 3 years now! The only reason I stayed with them is cause they already charged my insurance company for the dentures & my insurance co only pays once every 5 years! What does it take to get this company to do their damn job? And please don't give me one of your crappy responses at the bottom of this! That would be too little too late as far as I'm concerned!

I couldn’t be more happier than when I left Ideal. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday And it was quick and easy online. The staff were amazing and friendly. They did my exam and let me know what all was needed and we began with my deep cleaning.

It was 30 Min before they closed and could have rescheduled but they chose to start anyways. I wouldn’t be more thrilled with the team or location.

Was a 5* until i just got my insurance info back from my visit. So I was lied to about the location being "in-network" and according to my insurance now have to pay an additional $210 on top. of the $400 I've already paid because the services provided are "Over the recognized charge for these services based on the geographic area" and the Fair Health Percentile. Fool me once. Services provided were great and bedside manner was too.

. . but I won't be back.
