It was my first time at Ideal Dental. The staff was great. The area was welcoming. They took their time to explain everything in details. The whole experience was definitely a 5 star. Highly recommended!

Saturday, I received the EoB from my insurance for every visit since the very first, all at once. Thank you for clarifying with them. It seems they now have everything in order to resume my plan if you're willing to work with me. I'm extremely busy at work but will try to make time for a call by the end of this week to pick up where we left off. As for the review of Ideal Dental John's Creek; I have a genuine fear of the dentist. I've never been the type to really follow up with the dentist.

I would only go if I was desperate. Dr Pak is a very gentle dentist. He's made a plan that I feel like I can stick to. With his help(and the help of the entire staff, too) I made a promise to my self to stop putting this kind of stuff off because I'm scared to do it. From the front desk all the way back, everyone that works there is exceptional. They're patient, understanding and kind.

The entire place is perfectly clean and has a chill vibe. I look forward to following through with the plan and am excited for the outcome and to have it out of the way. My wife of 32 years(Mrs Perfect Teeth) is impressed because she never thought she'd see the day I'd commit to any dentist. I owe that to Dr Pak and staff at Ideal Dental John's Creek. Thank you!

I historically hate going to the dentist. That attitude has completely changed since I began going to Ideal Dental Johns Creek. Everyone is positive, reassuring, professional, and most importantly, they CARE. They take the time to explain your treatment plan, and they take the time to answer questions.

They truly make you feel like you are the only patient they have when you are there for a visit. They are a diamond in the coal when it comes to dentists. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Absolutely incredible staff, office, and services! I’ve been to dental spas before, but this place surpasses them all. From the moment I walked in, Kamika and the entire team made me feel completely at ease. Pak, the dentist himself was just as amazing, taking the time to explain my treatment plan in a way that made everything clear and manageable. They truly care about their patients, checking in with me throughout my visit to ensure I was comfortable. Plus, they offer flexible payment plans, which made it possible for me to get the care I needed without financial stress. If you’ve ever felt nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place for you.

I left feeling not just cared for but genuinely excited about my dental health. I feel really beautiful being able to smile without thinking about it first. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!
