Update: Kelsey from the office called me and apologized for the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. And they refunded the $433. She seemed to care about customer communication and satisfaction, unlike the other 2 front desk ladies present during my appointment. Thank you Kelsey. Complete scammers! I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. When I first visited for a filling, they told me about a "New Patient Exam" package for $699.

Since it was out of my budget, they offered me a "promo package" for $250. I also informed them that I had insurance, and they prepared the documents accordingly. However, when I returned for the promo package appointment, they charged me $683, claiming that the promo price was only for patients without insurance — something they completely failed to mention earlier. This is highly misleading and a bait-and-switch tactic. On top of that, they didn’t even complete the cleaning during the visit and forced me to book another appointment, which will cost additional $150-200. It makes no sense that a single incomplete visit could cost almost the entire $699 package price.

And they claim they never said it was $699. This place is a complete rip-off. They waste your time, mislead you about costs, and then trap you with hidden charges. I canceled my and my husband's future appointments, they didn't seem to care at all. I will never return and I strongly warn anyone thinking about coming here: stay far away.

Ilderton Dental provides the best experience. My whole family switched and has had such a great experience. Dr. Sanderson and all of the staff are super personable. Our 3 year old went for a meet and greet at 2 yrs and loved getting a token and treasure item at the end of his visit. A year later and he remembered his previous visit fondly and was excited to go to the dentist!
