They were very nice and got me in early. BUT the dentist shot me up with too much anesthesia. My mouth is sore, and my lips are swollen, and it's been like this for the last 2 months. I went in on the 13th and had to go back on the 24th to look at my mouth he said everything would be okay. I called and left a message. No one responded, but I'm still having this problem with swollen mouths and burning around lips and mouth.

I've tried everything possible but no relief at all. This has been the most difficult time of my life. Today is Friday 12/30/2022, and as u can see, lips and mouth are still SWOLLEN 🔥!!!! Also, nobody's has tried to reach out to me! It's May 29,2023, and my lips, mouth, and tongue are still swollen. Also, the tingling, numbness, pulling, and burning are still HAPPENING! It's the most difficult and painful thing I've ever had to go thur. Hard to Eat, Sleep, Concentrate even talking. This surgeon was a nightmare! It's 9/13/2024 had appointment at the U.

I. C. DENTISTRY and they said that I have Nerve damage to the Trigemingal nerve cause from Needle INJECTION. THIS DENTIST REMOVE 5-TEETH AND 1- MOLDER IN LESS THEN AN HOUR NOW HIS NEGLECT HAS CAUSED ME PAIN,TINGLING, NUMBNESS, PULLING SENSATION, SWOLLEN TONGUE, LIPS, BURNING SENSATION ALONG WITH THROBBING PAIN IN THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE! THANKS, TO DR. VAIANA

They would not let me leave and tried blocking me into the office because I forgot something in my car and told me if I go to grab something that I needed that they would never let me come back. They told me that they have had over 100,000 people in the last month leave without letting them know even though I was 20 minutes early to my appointment.

If they wouldn’t let me go to my car to grab something and try and physically stop me then they should have Informed me and second of all not try to physically touch me

Upon arrival, payment in full was required BEFORE procedure. I was not allowed to accompany minor patient for procedure. During procedure Novocain was administered and was painful. Patient was crying and assistants were laughing. Patient stated there was still pain and Dr. continued.

Patient was upset and not prepared over bloodied gauze and assistants were laughing again. NO follow up call even though the minor patient left in pain and in tears. Dr. Vaiana and staff showed no empathy for the patient.

Everyone in this office was super friendly and amazing to deal with. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and the nurse and assistant were caring and didn’t get upset when I was having issues with my IV. I was nervous but everyone reassured me I was in good hands. Everything went well and the office even called a few hours after my surgery to check in on me. Amazing service. Worth the wait!
