I was referred by a friend, and very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness. The young lady at the front desk was very patient friendly, and informative. I did not feel rushed in the intake process whatsoever.
The medical assistant was also very friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything that I needed to do and the next steps forward to resolving my issues. I would highly recommend Illustra Dent to family and friends

Love them! Very pleasant staff and they know me well! Love how they always contact about reminders for appointments and help out if you accidentally forgot one! They will do their best to squeeze you in another time, but please note that they are very busy and booked since they do take UFT insurance which is what the teachers’ union dental insurance!

I absolutely love this dentist office! From the staff who works managing the front desk to each dental tech, and every dentist I truly find this place superb. Anytime I had a dental emergency or not they are always able to get me in for an appointment quickly, which when you have a toothache is extremely urgent. This office is hygienic and clean, and they have the best of the updated equipment. Dr. Mayleen is excellent, and has such a gentle touch.
She explains everything to you in detail. and allows you to ask as many questions needed to satisfy you in a calm way. I enjoy the professionalism at this office and most importantly the kindness of the team that works here.
