I have been coming to this dental office for approximately 1. 5 years and have always had a fairly great experience. The hygienist I see is awesome, her name is Jessica. I see Dr. Ellis normally and love her as well. Both of them have always treated me with respect, care and try to help provide a list of items to be addressed in order of importance per them. Jessica has always encouraged me to keep coming in and getting my teeth cleaned, no matter if I'm having any of the work completed or not. The last time I was in was the middle of December and Dr.

Ellis had already left for the day when we were ready for her to do the exam after my cleaning. So Dr. Green had come to do the exam. He had done a previous exam as well due to Dr. Ellis being out on maternity leave. I know I have work that needs to be done but that also comes with a price, so it needs to be budgeted/planned for that kind of expense. I had asked Jessica if we can see if there are some fillings that we can get taken care of in the meantime while trying to prepare for the expense of additional crown(s). So when Dr.

Green came in to do the exam she asked if it was possible to do a filling on a tooth that needs a crown to allow me some time to save, etc. Instead of talking about it or even addressing why that might not be possible, Dr. Green straight up laughed out loud, as if it was something funny. The room was completely awkward afterwards. After he walked out of the room, Jessica apologized to me for his behavior and him laughing, as she also thought that was very rude of him to do. She even told me she will make sure that I don't see him again going forward. I never did get an answer either on if there was any work that we could get completed in the meantime either.

I had a fantastic first visit! Andrea was wonderful—both personable and professional. I could immediately tell I was in great hands, as her expertise was evident. Dr. Case was also excellent, clearly explaining the next steps for my treatment. Overall, the staff is lovely, and the office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!

I had my teeth cleaned today and I can honestly say Jess is the best Hygienist that I have ever had! She pays attention to detail and my mouth feels great afterward! I met Dr. K today and she is very kind and gentle with my mouth! Everyone is so happy and welcoming and makes you feel special!
