If I could give no stars I would. I went to the office after explaining to them that this was an emergency due to a broken tooth and my previous filling coming out. They stated they could take care of it but I just had to enter as a new client. I received X-rays and was told I had to get a root canal for the tooth. No other options were explained or offered. I received an invoice later in the evening and even with top tier insurance my out of pocket was almost $1500. I contacted them via email to inquire what my other options were.

No one responded until the day of my appointment for said root canal. The office person that contacted me was no help. I went all weekend with no relief from the pain, no medication was given etc. I asked if extraction was an option. She then proceeded to tell me that they could not extract the tooth and I may have to wait another month. The manager got on the phone and instead of being sympathetic to my pain issue only focused on the fact that there is a cancellation fee if I miss the appointment that was scheduled but they would waive it. Being very irate about her insensitivity, the manager unprofessionally hung up the phone on me.

I wasted time getting X-rays at a facility I would not let me dog receive services from. In addition my pain and tooth issue still exists. I now have to look for other assistance which is delaying my dental care. They are very pleasant until they send you the breakdown of fees. Beware of using their services

My son and I had a great experience here. Dr. Yi went over every concern and questions I had. She was very attentive and pleasant to talk to. The staff were nice. It’s just a great feeling when your son can walk away happy and smiling after a dental cleaning.
