This is NOT your average dental office! My experience was bad. I took the day off for a dental cleaning and I never got it. . It was truly a wasted day. The Xray tech was nice but the hygienist and dentist are on another level when it comes to discussing your teeth. The hygienist (Julie) greeted me by stating that I had "an interesting set of teeth!" That's not good or bad, just interesting!" (Would you as a patient expect a hygienist to make such a comment as a first impression?) I mean, why isn't it good? I think she meant to say that I had a nice set of teeth, that they were straight and very white.

But I never got one compliment from her. Maybe she meant well, but I think she was too busy showing off. She talks a lot, too much and although very knowledgeable, seems to give off a cocky demeanor in the name of working in her profession. I look at it like this: Patients don't care about how much you know, until they know how much you care. I left this office dejected and feeling like I had the worst set of teeth that they had seen that day! (maybe ever!) I was in their office for nearly 2 hours and overwhelmed with a 3-page treatment plan above $3,700 AND the routine dental cleaning that I thought I was going to receive, turned out to be close to $600 according to what Julie saw. Sadly, my teeth were too bad for a routine cleaning.

I have been to dentist offices for many, many years and could still manage to get a cleaning amidst some minor dental work (maybe even major) but to reject a patient from a dental cleaning is wrong. In this office, every one of your teeth has a dollar sign on it and they are working to cash in on every one. This was not what I would have ever expected at a dental office and I regret that I chose this one. They are not a patient-friendly as I supposed.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. They slotted me in same day and took care of my implant tooth. Staff were all friendly and took great care of me.

Feroz Huda

The website clearly states they offer periodontal services but after setting up an appointment and driving 45 mins for a consultation, they stated the periodontist left the facility multiple years ago. Apparently they cannot update their website accordingly. Otherwise, they were very nice and easy to work with.
