We love Immanuel Dental! Dr. Dungy and Staff put you at ease, especially our son who had anxiety attacks in dental situations as a toddler. (We tried several pediatric and regular dental offices in a 20-mile radius. ) He is now 11. 5 years old and loves going to the dentist! They are also very knowledgeable and skillful, too! It's also refreshing to see Dr.

I would not recommend. Let me start by saying not ONCE did the receptionist greet me. She made me feel invisible! The Dental hygienist and receptionist was very nervous and couldn't give me a straight answer of why I needed to bring my child back for a cleaning in two weeks out of pocket after they just charged his insurance that day for a full cleaning. Tried telling me it was because they had to take X-rays so they couldn't finish.

Every other dentist he or I have been to will take X-Rays plus cleaning at a routine appointment. He was back in the chair for over 2 hours. NOT once did the technician or dentist come out to talk to me! Absolutely NO confidence in the staff and dentist!! Which is sad because I wanted to support a local company but not if that means I'm scammed! Do not go here and if you do watch everything they do like a hawk!
