My favorite thing about Indy Dental Group is that you can tell the Doctors and Hygienists genuinely care about delivering the best possible treatment they can— from explaining in detail the treatment you need in a way that’s easy to understand, to working with insurance companies to get the most accurate cost estimates, and just in the way they talk to you when you come in. It’s clear that the staff here cares about their patients and the quality of their work! Love all the doctors here and the flexibility of having multiple locations which makes it easy to schedule.

Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Ginet and Dr. Miller and their staff are complete Professionals. What I have enjoyed the most is their complete detail to my comfort while having a procedure done and wanting to make my experience pain free. I have a couple steps in my dental work yet to be completed.

I'm looking forward to smiling again after years of dental problems. I trust Indy dental and their staff completely, I only wish I would have seen them much sooner. I suggest Indy Dental over anyone in Indianapolis and surrounding area. Thanks Indy Dental 👍😎

The office management is impossible and scheduling is absurdly unreliable. In January I booked out a cleaning for June 29 as I would be home between international trips. When I called to confirm insurance information due to a recent change in my policy, staff said that I was not on the books. They had no record of my appointment. I forwarded the confirmation e-mail, but they denied booking and said there were no openings until September. The story does not end here. On June 28 I received a reminder e-mail as well as a phone call confirming the appointment scheduled for the next day.

I called back and expressed frustration as I needed the appointment but could not take time off with such short notice. As they had previously denied the booking and could not find the appointment, I had no way to know hat they were planning to see me and was booked. The receptionist was dismissive and unconcerned. I forwarded my earlier messages with staff and asked for an explanation. The office manager did not even care enough to look into the cause of the problem. She wanted me to take the appointment on June 29 or reschedule for another date. In the end I was not able to take time off work with such short notice and also felt scared that office admin lacked the professionalism to get it right; I would hate to have a billing issue or a privacy problem with my records because the office was too disorganized to function.

I will forever have a lot of anxiety. When it comes to the dentist, things need to run smoothly. I do not have time to fight with dental admin and dread the looming conflicts and total uncertainty at Indy Dental Group. Update: Staff sent a retaliatory letter terminating service in July after they read my complaint. I have never had a conflict with staff and always been on time with appointments and payments. It is unfortunate that Indy Dental harasses patients who exercise our lawful rights to question poor customer service. Beware of the dentist bully!

As soon as I changed from insurance to cash, so did my service. I was charged 189 for literally the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. They maybe spent 10 minutes with me. Won’t be going back.
