Very poor skills. The crown fell off in 12 month. Did not fit well. He charged me for crown build-up but he actually did not put any new crown build-up. He does not know how to place fillings. All their technology is useless. It is an expensive office with with expensive technology and with very poor dentist's skills. The assistants are also not the people who know their profession.

Going to the dentist/orthodontist is not something that people typically want to do. But when you do have to go, Dr. Patel is the best I have ever met. Even your initial contact with his professional staff makes you comfortable. They are knowledgable and will educate you about your procedure as much as you want to know. This time spent just talking/educating people is not directly how they make money, but they spend the time anyways, never rushing, always asking you questions and, most importantly, *listening to your answers. Your comfort is obviously one of their core values. Dr.

Patel himself is a naturally warm, and extremely kind man. He too is patient and will never rush you or your decision-making. He is also obviously skilled and efficient. The post-surgery care instructions were well-explained and helped a great deal and they are always available for questions after. People don't want to have this work done. But when you need to, you have to call Dr. Patel.

From the moment I walked in, to the minute I walked out I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Patel was so great and even let me know what procedures I might need in the future.

My dental assistant was so professional and sweet and made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. And the gal that checked me out was also kind and informative. Highly recommend this group!!!
