I called to reschedule because I had things to do later on in the day and they stated that they wasn’t taking appointments within a month from now so I obligated to come right away as I arrive the manager Jen said that “she is not taking me because they have a 10 minute policy rule and they will have to reschedule me”. I was 15 minutes late. I called prior to reschedule in the first place and she said the next time they could appoint me is a month from now. She never stated on the phone that they had a 10 minute policy or else I would’ve just rescheduled from there or never came in the first place. They’re unprofessional wasting people time being judgmental and not being very helpful at all discrimination as well.

Do not go there if you’re black. They’ll be very rude like they were to me. I left my newborn baby with my their mother that is so tired to rush there for a simple X-ray & they refuse to take me. I feel so upset!

This is one of the best dentist I’ve been to. The place was clean welcoming and every single person there was so friendly. I’ve always had major anxiety with dentist but being there was so calming and relaxing. No one there judge you and they tell you everything you need to know to keep your teeth healthy.

They communicate so perfectly about payments,procedures, and how you are doing through the whole visit. I don’t have insurance at the moment either but my teeth needed to get help and they got me in like the next week. This is a wonderful dentist if I could give more than five stars I would :D.

My experience with Infinity dental is being just phenomenal!! I had an awful dental experience in the past that left me not wanting to go back to the dentist EVER AGAIN!! One of my coworkers told me about Infinity & I decided to give it a try. So far it's been the best dental experience I have had in my 46 years! I walked into Infinity scared, nervous and anticipating a painful experience.

It went the total opposite! The procedure was almost completely painless! Doctor Ty and the lady assisting were extremely caring and kind.
