Really happy with my visit to Infinity Dental in Norton Shores! Irina and Dr. Dave were both so friendly and professional. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I felt totally taken care of and in good hands.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and chose Infinity Dental Norton Shores to set up an my first cleaning session since. I called on a Friday, they got me in Monday morning, first thing. Front desk was welcoming and kind. The Dental hygienists were great and Dr. Dave was very kind.

I had to get a number of fillings and they were able to squeeze me in that same morning. The procedure was quick and painless. Very happy with their service.

First impression. Scheduled for 230pm first time visit. I get there and they got the door locked for a team meeting that states theyll be back at 230pm. Why wouldnt they just have scheduled me for a 2:45pm atleast for me and this other first time visitor next to me both are waiting outside in the cold now and its beyond 2:30pm since I started typing this. One star. 3/5/25 Update; the entire staff was very welcoming. I was in and out for a check on a tooth and ended up getting a referral for a top root canal. Thanks Dr. Jo.

They also apologized pretty sincerely and seemed like it really would be only a one time thing. I bumped it up to 3 stars. Update; intake exam and cleaning went really well. Irina was super sweet and helpful. The cleaning was fast, and pain-free. Which was surprising considering i was overdue. 4 stars. Latest update; First I’ll say this, I appreciate the honesty from Dr. Jo having said he’d prefer I get my root canal done elsewhere since it is on the top they can be a bit more difficult.

Although, I did kind of expect I would have been able to get everything done in house, but not sure how common or not that is. So anywho, the root canal was going to take up all of my dental coverage for the year through the insurance plan I have at work and that only included a temporary (2 month) crown. I called to get a more permanent crown quoted and was told they’d get back to me by the end of the day on Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything back yet almost a week later. Ps. I came to this practice and was transparent about it with them for the simple fact that they had such a good amount of positive reviews. I can’t say right now though that I personally would suggest this place with confidence. One star. 3/17/25

Today was my first appointment at Infinity. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. Tanisha was informative professional and kind. My new dentist was AWESOME!. He explained everything to my understanding and satisfaction.

The building is clean and well style. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Infinity Dental. Thank you to the entire staff. See you all in July. Robin Edge
