Shockingly bad. If you are looking for TMJ and facial pain treatment, don't bother. Zero sympathy from "specialists" and they do not listen to any questions or concerns you have. I was made two different appliances (a day and night one) and expressed that they have been making my jaw pain worse since I got them in late November. I've been open with them about taking breaks (a couple days at a time) from wearing the appliances as that is the only relief I can get.

They don't offer anything else for pain management that I haven't tried (over the counter meds, heat, ice, massaging), other than "dealing with it because it's part of the process. " The pain has been disrupting my life, and I guess it was my fault for not being able to deal with it. I tried countless times to ask them for something to help me manage pain while going through the appliance therapy. Their website even has an entire page about various TMJ treatments! Yet I heard nothing about these. Had another appointment today where I was told to either agree to end my treatment (that I was in the middle of), or start the entire process over and pay thousands once again for all new appliances because according to them I just haven't been wearing them (I have for months).

Makes no sense. If you want someone to stick to your treatment plan, maybe listen to your patient and help them through the process. Edit: It's important to add that I am talking about Dr. Erica Zolnierczyk, who is the owner and the one supposedly in charge of my treatment and care.

Everyone at Inspire Dental is wonderful to work with. The office staff is warm and helpful. Joy was professional and very good with my 2 year old. My daughter’s lip and tongue tie is healing up well and I am happy how her mouth is developing with the help of Inspire. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My newborn, at the time, struggled with digestion issues, tension, and feeding properly. Naturally, these issues caused a lot of crying and “fussiness. ” We hated having to watch her struggle, but thankfully Inspire took those struggles away. At 7-weeks-old we had her lip, tongue, and both cheek ties released and since then we have had a brand new, happy baby! She is so much more comfortable and her digestion issues continue to improve every day. The tension in her body has eased and continues to as we follow-up with lactation and body movement recommended by Inspire.

The Inspire staff is so knowledgeable and also, delightful. They put my mama heart immediately at ease and walked me through everything the procedure would entail and why it was necessary. I cannot thank Joy, Dr. Erica, Amanda, and Bre enough for making our experience so wonderful and helping my baby girl feel so much better.

Inspire Dental was amazing to work with. My 3 month old son had a lip and tongue tie that was release my Dr. Erica and team. Everyone I spoke with there was so kind and friendly. I would recommend them over and over again.
