i’m usually not a negative review kind of person but tbh i’d give dr. logan 0/5 stars if i could… she has very unprofessional vibes and her work is very bad. i went to her because my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance and as a broke college student i thought it best to find a dentist that did take my insurance. oh boy do i regret that !! dr. logan’s work on my teeth was so bad that i’m HAPPY to pay out of pocket for her to never touch my teeth again LOL. i had a filling (or two? can’t remember because she really didn’t explain anything she was doing) on each side of my bottom molars. she essentially cemented the two back molars on each side together. i’m not even kidding, i couldn’t get any floss between either side which made whatever issue i already had before the fillings WORSE.

i also felt uncomfortable because as mentioned at the top she has super unprofessional and dismissive vibes. her and her dental assistant were having personal conversations while they were working on my teeth i can’t imagine that distraction was beneficial to the quality of her work. at times i brought up some concerns i had that were all brushed off and disregarded with zero explanation by dr. logan. there are a few other examples i want to bring up but i’m not trying to write a novel LOL. essentially if you value your teeth or want to avoid bad vibes you should probably avoid dr. logan. i’d only recommend her if your life is too boring and you want chunks of fillings to randomly for a little excitement.

(oh yeah, like a half hour after a filling from dr. logan a big chunk of it fell right out…) p. s. i went back to my old dentist and he essentially had to redo much of the work she did bc it was so bad. i was in the chair for almost two hours getting those bottom molars un-cemented together and getting fillings in cavities she missed. honestly i would’ve saved money not trying dr. logan in the first place bc now i have to pay out of pocket for her work to be fixed 🙃

I was a loyal customer until about 3 yrs ago. The assistant convinced me that I should replace my metal fillings with newer ones, I did. The next t day, I felt pain when eating or drinking something hot. I went back, to which she said, I’ll put on something for sensitivity. A few hours later, it felt the same. I went back and they took an X-ray. She (Dr Logan), who did the procedure, walks in and says “that’s because the nerve is exposed, drilled too far”.

She then tells me to go to Dr Lubit, within the hour. This is when I find out that he only does root canals. He tells me that I am a ‘victim of unfortunate circumstance’. She went too far and now my tooth is ruined, no apology or admission that she messed up. Needless to say, I haven’t been back. Very upset with them.

Best dentist out there. Dr. Jess is very professional and calming, the office is beautiful. I’ve never had any pain or discomfort. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
