Had to have an emergency root canal last week. Was extremely anxious as I have a terrible gag reflex and it was in one of my wisdom teeth. The assistant Crystal was an absolute angel. She made me so incredibly comfortable and checked on me throughout the procedure, even blowing cool air on my face (with the dental tools) when she could tell I was tensing up. Dr Conard was also very patient as I was having a very hard time with all the instruments and xray things in my mouth.

Although I was in pain before I got there I did not have any pain during the procedure itself. Some aching in my jaw later that evening but was better the next day. I would highly recommend Dr Conard and his team, especially Crystal. You will be in great hands.

I can only reiterate what the reviewers that gave one start have written about the Intercoastal Endo - terrible front desk staff and terrible conduct overall. Please go somewhere else. My husband got totally opposite service and treatment at the COASTAL Endo!

Let put it like this I rather jump in to a volcano then have a root canal. Dr Conard was wonderful saved my tooth. The staff was kind helpful explaining ever step of the way what needed to be done. Thank you all for your kindness. Pilar the dental assistant, Crystal dental assistant, Eonna Insurance, Kim front desk. :)

I had an appt for an evaluation based on a referral, received a text with a phone number to confirm and call if I had any questions, which I did. When I called and spoke to the receptionist, all she did was talk over me and when I asked her politely to stop, well every question, was answered by “are you done?” . So very rude…. I know these people see people who may be at their mercy due to pain, but I am a paying customer and should be treated properly… I cancelled my appt.

No sense going there when you know they are already hostile. The search for an endo continues…. ☹️
