Just a little old fashioned equipment. The bitewing they used for X-rays, I remember biting down and that plastic always hurts. Modern, pain-free dental x-rays are primarily achieved through digital radiography. Instead of traditional film, a small, pain-free electronic sensor is placed in the mouth to capture the image, which is then instantly displayed on a computer screen. This method significantly reduces radiation exposure compared to older film-based x-rays.

I'm 57 years old and to some people it's a check. To others ,they take pride in their work. Trying not to injure anyone. Yes I can take the pain but why?

My Experience has been Fantastic so far! Barely any wait to get into appointment slot, Very Friendly staff, & Knowledgeable Dentist. They can even procure Fluoride/Color/flavor Free polishing pumice! I Really Appreciated it all!

I called and explained the issue I was having to them, I explained very clearly that it was a wisdom tooth issue that needed to be surgically removed, and was told that they would be able to help me. Only to find out at the appointment, after x-rays have been taken (gotta hop on that sweet sweet chance to bill the insurance!) that no, they don’t have the ability to surgically remove my wisdom tooth, and essentially don’t know why I’m here. Okay, whatever, so false advertising or something.

But then I get humiliated and denigrated one step further, by being told that I should probably just consider “paying out of pocket” if I wanted any help. I clearly don’t have the thousands of dollars just lying around, otherwise I wouldn’t be here.

The staff there is very friendly. They're not pushy and they explain things well. They are patient and gentle. I honestly, initially didn't want to go there because their Google ratings isn't high enough for my standards. But My husband was in pain and they were open and available on Saturday, when we needed them so we went. I had a really great experience and I'm glad that I gave them a chance.
