I needed a front tooth extracted, and I was pretty scared about the whole procedure. Michelle (the surgical assistant) was friendly and informative, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Makovey did a GREAT job with the extraction: after the local was in, I felt absolutely no pain.

He was able to start the implant process that day, saving me 4 months of wearing the temporary device in my mouth. Everyone in the front office was extremely warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery!

This place is going to lie to your face and all of the other reviews will tell you the same thing. They give you a huge price up front and we paid thousands down, they said everything was paid for and got the surgery done, months later they decided to make up a bunch of new bills and send us hundreds of dollars in bills that were never spoken about or quoted.

Outstanding in all aspects. The front office people were polite and efficient. Dr. Baker himself was just plain outstanding. Knowledgeable and polite and very efficient. Would highly recommend this office

My daughter had two teeth pulled and had developed a hematoma, her face is swollen beyond recognition. I called and although they said they would make an incision and drain it the next day, they only pushed on it with a Q tip. The only thing they will let me give her for pain is Motrin and Tylenol, while she looks like the elephant man. I am in fear that she will go septic, or the blood clot will dislodge.

I would never recommend this butcher shop to anyone. She had private pay insurance, over paid, and we were told we would get a refund, and of course that never happened either. Money is one thing, a child suffering, and potentially fatal outcome is plain negligence on behalf of this office.
