ABSOLUTELY does not care about their patients. I have constantly struggled with lack of communication on their end with failing to get back to me and schedule my appointments just to be forced to wait MORE MONTHS without aknowlegment on their part from their own CUSTOMER REP MAMAGER on their mess up. This is RIDICULOUS.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Hall, though I do have a problem with the scheduling system, and office assistants, who refuse to notify me of when my sons have appointments. I was told the system cannot notify more than one parent, and because my ex is making appointments without conferring with me, nor discussing treatments, I only find out after the fact that they've (my children) been seen.

I've repeatedly asked if I can receive notifications and/or reminders of appointments, but to no avail. I only find out of appointments after my ex sends the bills for me to pay. The software here is wildly outdated and problematic, but it seems to go beyond that.

Today, at my son's appointment, since they won't remind me via text nor email, I asked if at least the office assistant could write down the next appointment on a paper card, a common protocol at most places, one you usually don't even have to request, and she looked completely put out. Terrible communication, especially with regard to a parent's concern over her children's healthcare.

Care started out well but has gone downhill after a while. Brackets in my braces keep coming loose and on one occasion Dr Hall re-attached a loose bracket only for it to come loose again later the same same day! Every visit is a 20 mile round trip for me and at least 90 minutes of missed work so I do not appreciate additional unnecessary visits. This location only seems to be open half the time so if you do have an urgent issue, you could be in for a wait of several days before it is resolved. I had to wait 5 days to get my latest loose bracket fixed.

The people here are professional and friendly, and helpful to a point but Dr Hall seems to be in too much of a hurry to get to the next patient to ensure that a thorough and proper job is done. I also really dislike the open floor plan with all the dental chairs in a circle. I have no interest in seeing other people have their teeth worked on, nor do I want other people watching me.
