I highly recommend this dental office for so many reasons. I’ve just started going there and I feel like they’ve welcomed me there with open arms. I can’t honestly say that I have ever felt that way about a dental office. This is the third dental office that I’ve been to in the Des Moines area since being an adult. I feel very fortunate that I found this place and that they accept me and my insurance, of course. They explain everything and aren’t afraid to answer questions. So, I just had a procedure that I was pretty anxious about and I haven’t had much work done to my teeth in the past, as they are pretty healthy.

But, Dr. Winters and his team found 7 little pit cavities hiding out in my back molar teeth. I was really kinda worried and overwhelmed about the whole thing. Dr. Winters did an excellent job finding them and taking care of them. He didn’t need to numb me. He didn’t use a drill, instead a laser.

It was very minimally invasive and not much pain at all. And, he had it done within an hour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the situation. Thank you Dr. Winters and Iowa Dental Arts!

If you are searching for a Hollywood type cosmetic dental group,this is the one you want. I researched for months. I had cosmetic work done about 30 years ago that needed to be redone and I also needed a new partial. I've had 6 partials. None ever fit right and I had to take them out to eat. After a few months with this group, I have the most beautiful crowned smile and a partial that's unlike any I've ever had. No pinches, no pain and no gum fatigue.

They didn't stop working on them until they were perfect and they never once made me feel like I was too picky. I can eat normal again. I researched going out of state and out of the country because I wanted a cosmetic expert. Then, low and behold, I found Dr Winter right here in Des Moines. I don't know if it was good research, good luck or divine intervention that led me to Iowa Dental Arts but, I sure am grateful. The whole group is fabulous, and I feel like we're all friends and they are all looking out for my best interest.

Dr. Winters & his team welcomed me without judgement 3 years ago after I had been scared to re-start dental care after a few years of not taking the best care of my teeth. Since then, his team has been fantastic for caring for my routine care and some emergent dental issues.

I have been very pleased bmy care from the entire team - from Holly, Mandy, Irena and Dr. Pham! If dental care is intimidating, you're in great hands.
