I am nervous about dental work period. When I heard I needed a root canal all I could think of was the worst. However, Dr. Schaeffer is absolutely top notch.

Extremely professional, patience, and reassurance during consultation and the actually procedure. Her attending staff was also awesome! The procedure itself felt less invasive than a filling! I was thoroughly numbed and felt nothing. As the procedure went on I felt more and more relaxed as Dr S talked me through what she was doing, why she was doing it, etc. Now I never want another root canal but would not hesitate to come back here for treatment! Thanks Dr S and Team!!!

I was recently referred to Dr Schaeffer from my usual dentist for my first root canal. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, but the entire staff is very patient and kind! Jay welcomes you as he processes paperwork and answers questions. Assistant Alex is ready to answer questions or to research until she can! Dr Schaeffer is extremely calming, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding.

She helps you think through any decisions that need to be made. I was even snuggled into a big fluffy blanket to warm me up and comfort me through my anxiety. Alex even rubbed my arm while I received the numbing shots which was much appreciated! The care I received was above and beyond what you find these days! It was not something I wanted to do - and hope I don’t need to in the future - but if I (or anyone I know) needs a root canal, I will most certainly recommend this office! Thank you for your excellent care and treatment!

Dr. shaeffer and your entire staff members, starting right from the front desk, you are amazing! You guys made me very comfortable when i came in with a cracked tooth that required a root canal. Dr. Shaeffer, and her assistant explained the underlying issues, my treatment options, and both her and i chose the best option at the time.

I could not have been any happier. I would recommend this office to anybody in need of genuine care.
