Dental facility doesn't take any constructive feedback and dismisses any claims that are negative as fake. Read the other reviews here and on Google. I had a similar experience with the staff and hygienists and shared it with owner. He immediately dismissed all claims and called me a liar. Reading through the other feedback online, the owner also calls many other online reviews fake, most likely without thinking about the claims or reaching out to the customer. They don't care about customer, only the public perception on their business. You can't be curse, lie, and withhold information from patients and get away with it at a dental facility.

Do customers really want to come to a place like that? I assure you my review isn't fake and I welcome owner to contact to resolve the situation but I know he won't. I also noticed on several other reviews the owner calls "fraud" and "fake" as an attack on the business. The owner also states that they are "by the same person". How do you know they are by the same person? Also. If you didn't wrong a patient, why would they post this review? It's natural to see business owners care about their business but not at the expense of customers. It is unfortunate to see the owner cover up for so many of the businesses mistakes. If you truly cared about your patients, you would talk to them.

Not dismiss them. It's natural for people to make mistakes. If you made a mistake, apologize and own up to it. Fix the problem by talking to patients, not by calling them liars and covering it up. I was a bit worried about going to a new dentist after not going for a few years and they made it such a wonderful experience! Lisa was awesome and is a wonderful hygienist. She kept me very informed and was very kind. The receptionist also went over everything in detail and was very personable. The office is extremely clean as well. 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Dr. Herzog and team are great! The office is welcoming and clean, and the care is top-notch. He fixed a chipped tooth and treated a cavity after going to another dentist who misdiagnosed. Best dental treatment I’ve ever had: highly recommend!
