Dr. Wu is the most caring dentist I have ever met. She is very knowledgable and takes the time to address all of my questions and concerns and it shows that she cares about her patients. Like many people, I have anxiety when I visit the dental office. Issaquah Premier Dental has an inviting atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

The chairs, blankets, headphones and Netflix options are small touches that make the experience comfortable and it makes a huge difference. This office even has carpet, which I was surprised! The decor is warm and elegant and parking is free. Overall, I had a great experience here. I highly recommend Issaquah Premier Dental for all dental needs!

Very disappointed at this practice. I had some fillings done by Dr. Wu in October and while at the periodontist today in the same building as this office, the filling fell out! My periodontist called the office and sent me upstairs to have the filling fixed bc (he said it was not well done) I was still numb from my periodontal procedure so better to fix it now. Dr Wu refused to fix the filling (asked me how I knocked out my own filling— excuse me, fillings should last more than 3 months and I’m very careful with my teeth) and said she would have preferred to have done the numbing herself.

What? Instead I had to take myself and my numb face to another nearby dental clinic to get it fixed so my periodontist could resume the procedure. As someone in a public facing role I was extremely disappointed at the lack of responsibility taken by the office for a poor quality filling.

I’ve had great experiences at IPD. My dentist Dr. Miao is very nice, patient, and professional. This summer, I had a crown treatment, and the whole process went smoothly. The crown fits perfectly, and the charges were reasonable.

The hygienists are also wonderful —friendly and professional, which makes cleanings comfortable. The receptionists are amazing too—so kind and thoughtful. They always try to work around your schedule when setting up appointments, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

I am a periodontist working in the same building as Dr. Wu and Dr. Miao, and I have the utmost respect and admiration for their exceptional work and the way they treat their patients. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure the best care for everyone. I would like to clarify any misunderstandings that may have arisen from previous comments about Issaquah Premier Dental.

We regularly refer patients to IPD and truly enjoy working with Dr. Wu and Dr. Miao. Their professionalism and commitment to patient care are second to none!
