Not only is the dental care here sub-par (+ unnecessarily painful for simple procedures), their front office staff is extremely unhelpful and unreliable. I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for months and have requested to speak with the office manager 3 times, with no call back. They also have extremely high turnover in dentists, hygienists, and front desk folks.

Never expect to see the same person twice, or to have notes in your file about previous visits (or billing issues). I could not recommend Ivory Dental less - spare yourself the physical pain and the headache by going elsewhere.

As a new patient, I was initially drawn to Ivory Dental due to its convenient downtown location. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, my scheduled dentist was unavailable, leading to an unexpected appointment with another provider. While the dentist was polite, the experience was marred by less-than-gentle X-ray procedures from the dental assistant. Unfortunately, this aligns with some negative reviews I discovered online regarding the dental assistants' approach.

While I appreciate the clinic's modern aesthetic, the lack of sensitivity during routine procedures is a concern. Additionally, I felt a little pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments, such as gum irrigation, which I declined. While I had high hopes for a positive first impression, I believe that patient comfort and trust should be paramount. Given these factors, I will not be returning to Ivory Dental

A scam. Tried to coerce me into doing a $600 deep cleaning that my previous dentist hadn't recommended. Set up an appointment just for a cleaning, only for them to call me an hour before my appointment to say that if I wasn't going to shell out a bunch of money, they refuse to treat me, and cancelled the appointment. Absolute waste of time.
