The front desk is very rude. They caught an attitude when I asked them to file a claim ,this was at the advice of my insurance. She was very dismissive and needs learn how to talk to patients.

Went to the office for a emergency tooth extraction. They wouldn’t see me as a patient until I changed my dentist on my insurance to their office, which is fine. But after I did that, all they did was x-ray me and sent me home with a prescription for Motrin saying they had to talk with my insurance. I was able to go in with another doctor same day and get it taken care of just fine. I didn’t want a prescription for medication, I have Motrin at home.

I was looking for an emergency tooth extraction. I can’t stand when Nevada doctors try to drag out your visits so they can get more money. They get two stars because the stuff upfront were friendly.

Dr Wu and the all her staff members are truly amazing. They truly care for all their patients. You can tell that they love what they do and have care and sympathy for all of their patients. Even their front desk secretarys are so welcoming and friendly they make it so easy for me to schedule and reschedule. I love coming to see Dr. wu she takes her time and truly analyze what’s best for her patients.

They might not be in the best area in Vegas and may not even have the best facilities, But they truly define what it’ means to say don’t judge a book by its cover. Dr. wu is so professional as a doctor, but at the same time she makes everyone feel like your family. “The dictionary defines superlative as ‘of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others; supreme. ’ I define it as dr Wu . As a doctor.

as a leader, as a person, as a friend. She is of the highest kind, quality, and order, supreme. I love bringing donuts or Starbucks for them just to show my appreciation.

Health & Wealth

My husband has been coming here for dental work and teeth cleaning for over a decade and so I joined him after we got married. It’s been a very pleasant experience ever since! The dentist Jennifer is multi lingual and she's very professional in explaining things and give us suggestions. All my friends whom I referred to go also are happy with their service!!!
