Update: I took the office staffs advice. I found a new dentist. People that actually seemed to care about me as a person understanding dentist fears. My anxiety was off the charts and presented with the cost not only did they understand but are working with me to try to make it affordable. Something Ilona e kubiczek's staff and herself know nothing about compassion understanding. Not only that while at the dentist office I called to have my x-rays transferred. The staff at the current dentist office heard them over the phone tell me it would take up to 30 days to email x-rays. They were doing everything they could to avoid me paying out of pocket. The gray experience was so much better here. Instead of rudeness I got kindness, they were patient with me and understanding. Never one did they threaten to stop and force me to go elsewhere. They told me flat out that the teeth I was told could be saved couldn't be saved. So a flat out lie. Never once did they make me feel like I was not in the room. Never talked over me like I wasn't there.

The staff was respectful to each other. Furthermore I got wind of how you treated my daughter a few years back. And her story was worse than my experience. In fact they were censoring her calls to the point someone else had to call their office to get to a person. They then started censoring that number. In short this is probably one of the worst dentist offices in my opinion in harford county. But to flat out say 30 days to email x-rays to someone is inexcusable. Even the office staff at where I was felt they were doing it just to give me a hard time. AVOID AVOID AVOID If I can avoid coming back. I will happily not return. ZERO PATIENCE for people who have high anxiety and fear of dentists. Don't seem to understand that with the stupid healthy smiles program state dental that we are on thatbprogram for a reason. Mainly because we can't afford regular dental. If I wanna say something negative about myself under the constitution of the US I am afforded the right to free speech. You have the right tortellini me you don't want to treat me that's fine.

I should not be put down because of a fear of dentists. I should not be all but scolded because I have a negative opinion of myself. I felt put down because I couldn't afford an electric toothbrush. I . felt chastised because I wouldn't gargle with peroxide. . . . . . and the 'yum yum bubble gum flavor crap" was uncalled for. The disrespect for her staff for not asking me certain questions s and talking over me like I wasn't there was rude and disrespectful. Will I return? Not if I can help it.

I haven’t been seen at this dentist but just off the customer service I received when I called I will pass on getting seen here. I called twice during business hours and the answering machine automatically comes on and you receive a text message. I left a voicemail, someone called back and said everything is done online etc. she told me to complete the forms online, which I informed her that I already did that. She then told me that it takes 24-48 hours for someone to call back to setup an appointment. It’s literally been 2 weeks.

I don’t want to be seen by an office where customer service isn’t number one . I’ll believe the reviews and save the headache. I was referred here through my insurance company. I will definitely be calling to change the provider! I work in healthcare so I definitely get the staff shortage issue. Plenty of options in Harford County or even close by . ☺️

I love this Dentist office. The staff and the Dr are pleasant and knowledgeable. I love the fact that I can communicate by text as well as by phone. They do their best to make your visit pleasant despite any pain you could be experiencing.

I felt like they knew me and my dental history for years. That's how comfortable I am there. My teeth are now better because of them. Dr kubiczek knows her stuff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kubiczek’s for a little over a year and from the very first appointment her team has been attentive, compassionate, detailed oriented and honestly they are really friendly. When scheduling an appointment via text I always get a prompt response and an appointment the next day or that same day. I had to get some fillings done and needed to make a follow up because my bite was off and it was fixed the next morning without any concerns . Cleanings are great as well .

I enjoy going to Dr. K because her and her team have this motherly feeling, where they only want you to be happy and to take care of your teeth to the best of their ability. I usually see Dr. K at her early appointment times ( super convenient) and she is always pleasant as well as her staff. Dr.

K is actually a pretty cool dentist that cares and will help you as much as she can . It was suggested that I change from a manual to an electronic Oral B and honestly it was the best change ever . Keep up the great work
