I was only in town for a couple of months and they were able to fit me in for a long over due crown. I was taken back by how professional and communicative Dr. Lazer was. He repeatedly stopped to tell me what he was doing before he took any action and checked in with me often to assure I was comfortable.

Runaway Pinecone

This man is the worst dentist i have ever seen. Went to him a few years ago for a few cavities, ended up needing some teeth pulled. So he pulled some teeth, including wisdom teeth with only novicane!! He didn't suture them and woke up with a puddle of blood on my pillow. Went to the er concerned, they called Jack and he said "have the person come in and ill fix it first thing" so I drove a half hour there to get it fixed.

After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and not being taken back. Another patient made them take me back and refused to be seen since I was in the waiting room spitting blood up. When there I mentioned a little shard of tooth I noticed he missed. He told me "its just a bone chip and will cover itself or work out over time" years later it was found to be the roots of a molar he pulled and got lazy.

Not I have to spend thousands of dollars to get it removed and fix the other teeth damaged from the infection. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED FROM POOR DENTISTRY

Was my dentist for many years. The son became my dentist recently. He did a bridge on my back teeth. He puts it on and pain like I have never felt shoots up-my cheek and into my sinuses. I tell him that really hurts. He continues. Called and told him it was sensitive 2 weeks after. He told me that was normal. Went to a different dentist. He told me the root under my #4 tooth has an abscess. A round of antibiotics.

He sends me to get a root canal under the bridge. Still abscessed. A second round of antibiotics and a failed root canal. Sends me for a 3D X-ray, which I have to pay out of pocket and you guessed it, still abscesses. A 3rd round of antibiotics. All of this could have been avoided if he would have stopped what he was doing and did an X-ray when I had the shooting pain. Now I may need the bridge taken out and the under tooth pulled. Not happy to say the least. By the way, my face was bruised for 2 weeks after the bridge was put in.

I have been going here since my return to PA as a child in 1986. Jack is a wonderful Dentist! Mary is my hygienist and she is terrific! The staff is professional and very well organized. Jack’s son Tyler has now joined the practice and so far so good, just as amazing as his father.

They both are active listeners, they take their time and do the work with extreme patience and care regardless of what it is. I never get Novocain and I just had my first crown prep yesterday, not 1 issue! I love coming here and I am never stressed out or alarmed by their approach to any of my dental needs! Thank you Dr’s Jack and Tyler Lazer and Staff! ❤️
