I’ve been a patient at this practice for going on three years. I had a terrible experience with my previous dentist trying to nickel and dime and price gouge me causing my oral health to decline when I thought I was out of options. Dr. Jackson-George was patient, transparent, and empathetic with my situation and worked up a treatment plan that was doable for me.

She has made every visit and procedure comfortable and as painless as possible. The staff are friendly and professional and pleasurable to work with. I’ve even referred friends to the practice who have also had good experiences. My only criticism is the length of time to get an appointment.

However, I don’t mind the wait as it is worth it! In many cases I’ve had appointments bumped up when they have openings in their schedule so a little patience goes a long way! I plan to stay here as long as i am in Baltimore! As someone who suffered lack of proper and regular oral care from childhood through early adulthood, I am so thrilled to have a great dentist who has put me on track with my dental care! Thank you Dr. Jackson-George!

So, I haven't been to the dentist in years, and as such I found myself painfully in need like never before. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I figured it wouldn't be good. Was I ever wrong, from the moment I walked in it was almost like being in a trendy barber shop, all the staff were friendly, and cheerful.

the office was clean and bright, nothing over the top, but very tasteful and up-beat. I was greeted right away asked for my ID and to fill out a new customer form and just like that I was in (at my exact appointment time) I was like finally a service provider that respects my time like I respect theirs. DR.

Jackson-George came in and the fun began, she was professional, very thorough yet gentle and kind I felt I could really trust her now this is what I call SKILLs! So needless to say I whole heartedly give this place a double thumbs up, a high five and a box of donuts! thanks Dr. George, I appreciate you work, your office and especially your team, Great Job. I hope this review helps your office continue to do good work Patrick

My first visit to Dr. Jackson was good and checked all the boxes for a routine check up, but I wouldn’t recommend this office for anyone with more serious dental issues, or if you need an appointment right away. The reception staff struggles with basic tasks like providing cost estimates and billing the correct insurance providers, which can make an already stressful process worse. Appointments often get cancelled on short notice, even if they were scheduled weeks or months ahead of time.

There is also a big focus on pushing cosmetic treatments that patients don’t request or need (like whitening and extra crowns) in order to up charge you. I really wanted to like this office since it’s close to home and the facilities are brand new, but it’s just too unreliable to keep as my long-term provider.

If you're looking for kind, informative, not-overly-pushy-or-tries-to-guilt-you dental care from an expert team, please visit Dr. Tomicka Jackson-George's dental practice! I have had nothing but marvelous experiences with their whole team throughout several years. The office is in high demand, so make sure you are proactive and schedule appointments ahead of time or make adjustments to current schedule ASAP to help them out! From cleanings, to fillings, to billing/insurance navigation, everyone has been very transparent and respectful. I don't have great teeth due to medical issues, but the team never once commented on their appearance or made me feel bad about it. They're very factual: "this needs xxx so xxx doesn't happen, or we can try xxx instead.

" Note that I am a very strong advocate for myself which helps with communication, but combining that with the respect I mentioned above, I feel very empowered with my own healthcare when I'm with their office. If you're reasonable and honest about your needs, their whole office is very human and tries to work with you and offer different options for your physical, mental, and financial ease. Dr. Gupta was the first dentist I saw there, then Dr. Chase, and now Dr.

Tomicka Jackson-George! Each transition was very smooth as they keep records neat. And to highlight it, all of the aids are wonderful and have their own personalities. I also ADORE Emily, their office manager! She's always so kind to me and very patient, even when I was going through some difficult stuff. Thank you all!
