The dentist there said that my daughter (9YRS OLD) had 7 cavities (no way)... After 2 months and 3 other opinions all three other doctors said she only had one! My friends daughter had a similar case with the same dentist! No way in hell i will ever go there again! Worst dentist ever and is scammer for both insurance and out of pockets patients!

I've received good dental care my whole life at Smith Dental, but I've recently had to find a new dentist closer to where I live. I had scheduled appointments based on my visits to Milwaukee to visit family, but recently, my appointment was cancelled on short notice and I was unable to reschedule for a feasible time for me.

There have been other scheduling issues in recent years as well, so if having a firmly scheduled advance appointment is important to you for work or family reasons, you should think about a different dentist.

Horrible experience. The dentist aid Julie who cleaned my childs teeth was extremely rude to me a year ago & was very rude today. The 1st time it was because she didn't like the fact that I wanted to accompany my then 4 yo daughter. Today she did the same thing.

She claimed her room was too small for me to fit which obviously was bs. Then after I let her know that was a load of crap she then says that it's policy. She even tried to shake her head at me in frustration on the sly, stupid broad I saw you & I let her know. The dentists came in & they did the same thing that other women are saying on here, that my child had a ton of cavities & made it as if I'm not doing something right & she too, Dr Adriana Guevara, told me plainly she wasn't comfortable with parents in the room & wont work on a child if the parent is in the room.

Seriously! What is this world coming to. So Im supposed to trust a stranger who doesn't trust the mother of the minor child they're working on. I will definitely be filing a complaint.

I have been a customer with Smith Dental years ago. and was treated with respect this time I took my daughter to the dentist they claim she had tons of cavities but the other dentist did not tell me this. Then try to talk down to me like I don't take care about my daughters health and telling me what and not to say to educate her about how Its important to take care of her teeth. That lady does not know me or my kids had me so upset I almost left in tears that's not how you treat your customers.

I complained to the manager about the terrible service doubt if that employee will be dealt with. Your supposed to treat your customers with respect how you would want you or your family to be treated. It makes me never want to return there again.
