I have great insurance yet Dr. K. VATANDOOST, JANELL & OTHERS want to charge me $874 per tooth to do work my insurance company dont pay for or that I need & now they're offering to lower it to $1400 along with what my insurance is paying? Straight rip offs and no telling how many more patients are paying for work that they don't need or should be free?? Stay away they are truly rip offs.

I found a new oral surgeon and it costs me nothing & I'm not waiting 30-40mins in a crowded over booked waiting room with 30 other ppl & they explain everything thing to you before they do anything. NO LIES, NO HIDDEN FEES NO EXCUSES NO OVER PACKED OR OVER BOOKED WAITING ROOMS. ID GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD

THE ABSOLUTE WORST 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES I HAVE EVER ENDURED IN A HEALTHCARE FACILITY! After 1 hour they called me in to do an x-ray. 1 MORE hour later they placed me in the room for a consultation, as I sat in the room FOR 10 MORE MINUTES I over heard someone discussing how hungry they were and another male worker jokingly say " heyy my teeth come before your hunger" the female voice then proceeds to place an order for food. I said to myself I hope this is NOT the dentist, assistant or whatever her title is. Low and behold the same voice walked in for the consultation. she explained the x ray which took ONLY 2 minutes.

I politely asked for my xray and referral back to go elsewhere. As many cameras this place has in the waiting room AND examine room you'd think staff worked more efficiently. I'd much rather bare the pain and wait to pay for needed services elsewhere.

I beg ppl to please please read all reviews before going to this dirty, unprofessional , rude staff, money hungry scamming Dental Surgeon office , lord knows I wished I did 😡. I don’t care if you have a referral, please call your insurance & dental plan network for other locations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND not even to my dog if I had one.

#1 being that they had me waiting for over 2 damn hours to be seen , 2nd I was supposed to be put to sleep for my oral surgery and the surgeon told me they only do partial sedation and only for 1 tooth when I wa due to have 3 extractions . He said they could do 2 but only local anesthesia, I was like where they do that at because my insurance approved the procedure, then he started talking about their credit card which I didn’t want . 3rd after giving me local anesthesia he’s going to tell me I’ll feel a little pressure, well after banging on my two teeth that was due to be extracted and I felt pain idiot , he said I have an infection and prescribed antibiotics, trust and believe I won’t be back here ever .

Wait time is uncalled for , no privacy, doors and germs all over the place , and he tried making jokes while I’m in pain . Thank God I found a much cleaner, professional & better office on Wexford Terrace off of Hillside Avenue, the staff there were amazing and very helpful and they cares about their patients concerns and explained everything to me precisely

This is the worst office I have ever been in. The place is extremely crowded. I was told I could have an extraction done over the phone. I make an appointment go in there and of course I’m told something different. I have to have a referral blah blah blah. I explained that’s not what I was told over the phone. The young lady took my information with nothing but an attitude and I sat and waited for 2 hours.

Only X-rays were taken. I never saw a dentist. This place needs to be removed off the face of the earth. I’m reading the reviews and there is no way possible anyone can be happy with the services provided here. Please avoid at all costs. Find another dentist asap!
