Love love love Dr Lamb. I highly recommend. He did a fabulous job with my surgery. Dr Lamb is the only Dr I have ever been to that actually took the time to look at my chart before treatment therefore I didn't have to repeat to him what was already on my chart.

I was referred to Dr Lamb from my regular dentist because I had discomfort in my lower back molar. Dr Lamb assessed it and decided it was cracked through and needed to be pulled. His service that day was fine. I was a bit in shock never expecting to lose a tooth that day and never having had a tooth pulled. No one called me the next day to see how I was doing and remind me that their only after hours phone number was on the post procedure sheet. However, two weeks to the day afterwards, surprisingly, the pocket absessed and Friday afternoon I was in extreme pain. The office was closed and there was NO way to get ahold of them.

I had thrown out the piece of paper with the post extraction care procedures which was the only place an after hours phone number is published. I left messages Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and even Monday and NO response. No response even Tuesday morning until I called them at 11am. Turns out they are closed every other Monday and they do not check messages, have an after hours service nor referral to an after hours dentist. Their message doesn’t even state they are closed. Luckily I had some antibiotics left over from another medical procedure so had started taking them. When I spoke to his assistant, she argued with me that they were 1) too busy to call their patients for follow ups or check messages and 2) had a right to days off and 3) I should have called my regular dentist (versus the surgeon-since when?) and 4) she refused to talk to Dr Lamb about reviewing their emergency procedures to be accessible to their patients.

I was appalled. She called in a prescription for the 7 remaining days I needed to be on antibiotics and told me if I had further problems to call back and she would get me in to see Dr Lamb. One would think Dr Lamb would have followed up, but I have never heard back and thus will never go back to his practice. I was suppose to go back in for an X-ray a few months later. They have not called me to schedule so do they REALLY care? I think not.

So grateful I found Dr. Lamb and his amazing team! Professional, kind, comforting, and people I can fully trust with my complex dental needs. I arrived nervous and stressed about a tooth needing pulled and they helped me through the process. An implant is scheduled next, which I would have never considered prior. . .

due to my fears. Yet, I feel secure and confident I am in the right place and all will go well. Thank you Dr. Lamb and those who assist you with helping me contend with the not so pleasant realities of my current situation.

Absolutely amazing dental office and doctor! They have went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dental office. They truly care about the patient and their well being. They will definitely continue to get my family's business. Truly blessed that a friend reccomended the office to me! I couldn't speak more highly of them.
