The positive reviews for this office were spot on. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Pete and his assistant Starky helped me to get past my anxieties and are very skilled. I will continue to entrust my dental needs at this location.

I had a disappointing experience at Jamestowne Dental. Before my visit, I took the time to fill out six forms at home, only to be told I had to redo the entire process once I arrived. This was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. On the day of my appointment, a receptionist called and asked me to move my appointment two hours earlier, which was inconvenient. Yet, if a patient needs to cancel, they charge a $100 fee—an unfair double standard. The visit itself took about two hours, which felt excessively long.

Additionally, while Google may suggest this office as an affordable option, I found that their prices were not competitive compared to other dental offices in the area. To top it off, they take a picture of you for "your chart," which felt unnecessary and odd. Overall, my experience was inconvenient and not what I expected. I would not recommend this office.

Everyone in the office was extremely nice. They all went out of their way to make the experience a pleasant one. Dr. Pete and his assistant made sure to explain everything fully and to answered all my questions. Even though it was my first appointment, I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I do not like going into a dental office at all!!!!!! But Dr. Pete and the beautiful ladies who work for him are exceptional. They were very nice and welcoming. Now, I'm not going to lie, the numbing gel did not keep the injection from hurting me, (but that's just me) but I did not feel the tooth being removed.

Overall I will go back. If you're looking for a great dentist with a wonderful friendly & comforting team, then Townhouse South Dental is the place for you.
